At Stroolo, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders!
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Your order is considered dispatched once it’s handed over to our shipping carrier and on its way to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time depends on your location and begins once your order has been dispatched. Please see the estimated delivery times below:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-12 business days
- Australia: 7-12 business days
- New Zealand: 7-12 business days
- European Union: 7-12 business days
Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays. If your order is being shipped internationally, customs delays may extend delivery times.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It’s essential to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate information may lead to delays or cancellations. If our system detects an address issue, our team will email you for verification within 3 business days. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.
If you spot an error in your shipping details, email us at hello@stroolo.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee adjustments after this period.
Delayed Delivery
We understand the importance of timely delivery and work to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. However, delays can occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control, such as:

- Transportation disruptions
- Courier delays
In such cases, we will work with the courier to ensure the prompt delivery of your package. We also keep you informed of any delays impacting your order. Please note that Stroolo is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we are here to assist you with any questions or concerns.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@stroolo.com. While we are not liable for packages lost or stolen during the shipping process, we will work with the courier on your behalf to investigate the issue. We encourage you to file a claim directly with the courier company, as they may require additional details to process the claim.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. However, these cases fall outside of our refund policy. If your package remains undelivered, filing a police report may also be advisable.
