We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days before considering a return. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To make any changes or cancellations to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as the order will have entered the processing phase. If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident that Stroolo products will meet your expectations, but we recommend a minimum trial period of 14 days to experience the full benefits. If you are still unsatisfied and wish to return your items, you may do so after 14 days, as long as it falls within our 60-day money-back guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damage to packaging alone, such as dented boxes, does not qualify as item damage if the product itself remains intact.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at hello@stroolo.com with a clear photo of the damage, and we will assess whether you qualify for a free replacement. Please note, we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, Stroolo is not responsible for delays outside our control, such as those caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors. If you experience any issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly. Stroolo cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If you realize the address is incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Failure to inform us within this timeframe may result in loss of entitlement to a resend or refund.
